Global Marines hydraulic pipe work

Global Marines - Wave Sentinel, Mechanical Services were required to replace all hydraulic pipe work, for the refitting of the A-frame to this vessel. This frame is used launch, tow and recover, a sea bed plough for Trans-Atlantic telecommunication cable laying.

Landing Craft

Engines removed and new generator installed. Several additional structural sections were welded in to bring crafts to latest design

Landing craft was put on structural test rig (grey rig) undergoing lift tests to additional structural enhancements we fabricated and welded in. Also shown is the yellow lifting frame manufactured specifically by us for this project

RIB gear linkage

5m RIB, power head removed from one outboard of this commercial RIB to replace the gear linkage which had seized.

Condor Vitesse overnight repair

Various pictures taken while rebuilding the gearbox from one of Condors Fast Ferries. To give an idea of scale the diameter of the main bearing is 300mm, the gear teeth on the bottom gear again is also 300mm in height. On completion we reinstalled the complete gear box
